Script development
In this initial phase, the video's concept and narrative are defined. Developing a creative concept that aligns with the project's goals. Writing the script, including dialogue, narration, and visual descriptions. Reviewing and revising the script as needed, often with client input.

Shooting schedule
Once the script is finalized, a shooting schedule is created to plan the logistics of the video production. Breaking down the script into individual scenes or shots. Coordinating talent, crew, and equipment for each scene. Determining the timeline, location, and resources required for filming.

Shooting
The shooting phase involves capturing the video footage according to the schedule. Setting up the shooting location and equipment. Guiding actors and talent to deliver performances as per the script. Recording high-quality video and audio footage. Conducting multiple takes to ensure the best shots. Ensuring safety on set and adhering to the shooting schedule.

Editing
In post-production, the raw footage is transformed into the final video. Importing and organizing the video and audio files. Creating a rough cut by selecting the best takes and arranging them. Fine-tuning the video by trimming, adding transitions, effects, and music. Incorporating titles, graphics, and text overlays. Client reviews and revisions to achieve the desired edit. Balancing and enhancing audio quality. Adjusting color and tone through color grading. Finalizing the video for export and rendering.

Video Delivery
The final video is prepared for distribution and sharing. Exporting the video in the desired format and resolution. Ensuring that the video meets the technical specifications for its intended platform (e.g., web, broadcast). Delivering the video to the client or audience through the chosen distribution method.
